I joined Damart in July 2008 working in the Contact Centre dealing with customers order and queries. After 2 years I moved to the Training Department to train new starters on our internal systems.
Within this role I expanded my technological knowledge, writing workshops on Microsoft Office and creating our company’s intranet. This led to me creating all the e-learning courses for the company, and completing my foundation level CIPD qualification in Learning & Development.
In August 2017 I moved into the Marketing Department as a Selections Analyst working on the segmentation of our customer database. This role ensures that customers receive promotions that are relevant and timely.
Damart has been extremely helpful in pushing me to be the best that I can be. When I started 10 years ago I would never have imagined that I could do the things that I can now.
Damart also has a great internal culture of teamwork. I love the fact that we are so passionate about our customers and want to do our best for them.
