The Role –
This Business Analyst role relies on your ability to communicate effectively with teams across the businesses both France and the UK. Acting as the lynchpin and lead in executing phase two of a change programme focused on stock valuation and our overall cost model. You should have experience in the following areas;
• Managing project stakeholders with varying agendas and across multiple locations
• Proven ability to steer a process and system implementation, working hand in hand with the IS team
• Deliver process maps back to the business and undertake robust due diligence prior to kick off and as part of the testing phase
• We don’t need you to be technical but your ability to translate this into functional business outputs and work with our product, finance and logistics team is critical.
Essential experience and qualifications –
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a business subject and possess commercial experience. You will be experienced in change management tools and techniques, have a solid understanding of Project Management with Prince 2 or similar training and experience of ERP package systems.
Proven experience managing resources, timelines, scope and customer expectations whilst ensuring all stakeholders receive information in a timely manner. The role will suit a self-motivated individual with strong communication and presentation skills that is able to collaborate, influence and negotiate where necessary.
