We are recruiting Full Time (40hrs) fixed term Customer Service Advisors to join us from 4th November 2019 until 6th December 2019.

Overview:

The Contact centre is open from 8.00am until 8.00pm 7 days a week so we can offer lots of flexibility around hours. However, you will be expected to work either a Saturday or a Sunday.

The Role:

You will be the first point of contact for our customer with your primary role handling order calls and promoting our special offer items. Along side this, you would be arranging for couriers to pick up customer returns so excellent listening and communication skills are required.

You would be provided with one week’s training and then be provided ongoing coaching support from your Team Leader. We take great pride in looking after our customers and colleagues as demonstrated by the fact we’re accredited by the Institute of Customer Services.
