Digital Marketing Executive

The Role:

Reporting to the Digital Manager, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with a passion for what they do. We want you to join our E-commerce team to challenge and deliver results, drive change and generate new ideas to move the business forward. You will be responsible for developing and implementing all e-CRM (electronic customer relationship management) programmes to include email and social media platforms, as well as working with the Marketing department on all digital marketing initiatives, and providing reporting to identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

 Co-ordinate social  campaigns across multiple social media platforms, primarily Facebook and Instagram.

 Improve performance of social and email by taking a test and learn approach; produce analytical reports with actionable insights to drive future strategy and optimise ROI and new customer acquisition.

 Create and execute a seasonal marketing plan for emails and social media, ensuring the plan is seasonally appropriate, profitable and achieving targets set.

 Co-ordinate email campaigns on DotDigital platform for marketing, trigger and behavioral emails making sure creative is on brand and seasonally appropriate.

 Develop and implement customer segmentation to drive campaign performance across email and social.

 Keep up-to-date on new trends in social media and email marketing, ensuring we’re maximizing new opportunities to drive additional revenue and traffic.

 Work cross functionally with other departments to support the online marketing plan, particularly the product teams, online merchandise team and offline marketing teams.

 Monitor competitors on a regular basis and feedback to the wider marketing team on key trends and findings.

Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience coordinating digital marketing activity and campaigns and have a good grasp of marketing tools such as Google Analytics.

Self-motivated with a curious nature, you will be quick to develop your own skills as well as challenge and improve the way we do things, always looking to drive efficiency and best practice.

You will be creating reports and extracting data to present to the Commercial team so knowledge in Microsoft Excel is key along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with a variety of business professionals.
