An exciting new role has been created to co-ordinate, forecast and analyse all recruitment activity for the product and merchandise teams, to build range plans for the product teams and then forecast them in line with company budgets and supply chain timescales.
We are looking for a part-time Recruitment Merchandiser to join us for 6 months. The hours will be approximately 15 per week and the working schedule is negotiable within the hours of Monday – Friday, 08:30-17:00.
•Review seasonal category / product performance and propose seasonal recruitment product strategy to the business alongside the customer recruitment team.
•Take ownership of the critical path for the product/merchandise teams and to brief all product offers to the range manager teams that maximize our recruitment potential in all media, TV and web offers.
•Ensure all product details are accurate and any key benefits, appropriate shots etc are coordinated centrally from the range managers.
•Once the product is selected to then forecast all customer recruitment offers in line with company budgets and in a timely manner so that supply chain can purchase the stock in line with supplier lead times.
•Analyse weekly product performance for all media titles and web and to communicate this accurately to all stakeholders.
•Actively work with recruitment and merchandise teams to adapt plans based on trade, stock levels and media restraints. Re-forecast agreed changes to plan in a timely manner.
•A passion for product trends and analytical experience would be an advantage.
Skills and Experience:
•Previous experience working in a buying/merchandising environment essential.
•Proven track record of both range building and forecasting sales.
Proactive and be able to manage your own workload.
•Fully conversant with MS Office – excel.
•Possess strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
•Have excellent accuracy, attention to detail and numerical / analytical skills.
