As part of its engagement with local communities, Damart was pleased to supply outfits for a charity fashion show hosted by Bosom Friends Bradford.
The event, which marked the charity’s 30th annual fashion show, was held to raise funds to help and support to those with breast cancer and to their families.
The fashion show took place on Tuesday 29th October, to mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month, at Bradford Grammar School, and all of the models were either currently going through treatment for breast cancer or living beyond their diagnosis. The event is Bosom Friends Bradford’s biggest fundraising event of the year and also provides an opportunity for the charity to help women’s self-esteem and make them feel more confident by modelling in front of their friends and family.
Damart has supported the charity for many years and is always delighted to support the local charity, and provided a day and night-time look for each of the 10 models. Damart is passionate about helping its customers unlock the real them and recently launched a campaign – “We do the details, you do you” – to help women unlock their true selves, with specially designed fashion crafted to make wearers feel amazing through surprising details.
