Hi, I'm Andy the Customer Retention Lead here at Damart. I look after all aspects of marketing to our newly recruited and existing customers. Given our primary customer demographic being the senior market, my main focus is on direct mail campaigns which support our catalogue mailing strategy. I also support our digital marketing activity with my team handling all aspects of the email channel and supporting the digital teams with event management and social content.
