I joined Damart in May 2018 as Health & Safety and Facilities Manager having spent the last decade working for large FM providers such as Initial, Mitie and Interserve. I've found working at Damart to be a genuinely rewarding and exciting prospect. I've been able to develop my skills with hands on experience in lots of different areas of the business whilst at the same time Damart have supported me to gain further workplace qualifications. It sounds a cliche but its true, the best thing about working at Damart is the people and the culture. I felt welcome from the first day to now and continue to receive fantastic support from not only the management team but colleagues who I engage with on a daily basis as part of my role to create a safe and comfortable working environment. I hope to continue to develop with Damart and to help create a safe and modern working space for many years to come.
