I started at Damart in September 2011 as a Customer Service Advisor, moving from orders to service calls, learning data entry input and doing correspondence work.
In July 2013 I began the Duty Manager Stars program, learning how to manage call service levels, deal with supervisor call backs and assisting agents with queries. By the end of the year I’d completed an ICS first impressions course as customer service professional.
At the start of 2014 I joined the Team Leader Development program, and started helping other teams when their leaders were off. Now I’m midway through the course, leading an experience team of 18 people, managing targets, conducting meetings and investigations, and acting as a Duty Manager.
What I like most about Damart are the opportunities for progression and how you can continue developing yourself and your skillset while managing a team.
