I’m Lauren and my role is Social Media and Brand Co-ordinator. This means I create all the posts that go live on Instagram and Facebook. From reels and stills to Stories, and even interviewing staff for fun online videos. I joined Damart in 2019 as a Customer Service Advisor, working in the call centre. By 2021 I was ready for a new challenge and took a temporary role in marketing working with the E-commerce team. As the role progressed, I got more and more involved with social media and eventually in 2022, this became my full time role. I love being creative and trying and testing new ideas for the Damart social media channels. We have a network of influencers and it’s really exciting to showcase our products in a fun and lifestyle led environment. When I’m not scrolling social media looking for inspiration for new content, I love catching up with friends and family and, going for long walks, especially in the cooler months where I can really put our famous thermals to the test!
