RETAIL SUPERVISOR

Part-time | Permanent | 30 hours | Bingley

The Retail Supervisor will work closely with the Retail Manager and will have a key role in the operation of the only Damart retail store in the UK, based at our Head office in Bingley.

About the role:

You will be joining a well-established team at a very exciting time as supervisor for the retail shop and Bradley Mills (our onsite warehouse). We are growing as a business so the retail supervisor will assist the manager and the wider team by:

· supporting the retail team to drive sales and profitability.

· ensuring the store is always customer-ready and merchandised in a way that is aesthetically pleasing and convenient to shop.

· ensure the Bradley Mill is prepared for sales events.

· striving to increase customer footfall and loyalty.

· ensuring operational policies and procedures are followed.

· using your commercial experience to ensure an all-round outstanding shopping experience of excellent service, stock availability, visual merchandising and staff presence.

Skills and experience:

· Previous supervisory experience within retail.

· Adaptable and open to change.

· Excellent written and verbal communication.

· You are proficient in the use of MS Office and different POS systems.

· Hands on approach in managing a team and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
