Are you an experienced Contact Centre Manager with expertise in Business Analysis or projects management within the retail industry? We are looking for a self-starter who can hit the ground running in a busy and dynamic team. Working closely with the Contact Centre you will primarily support the Customer Service and Experience Director to deliver a superior customer services experience to our customers. This is an exciting fixed term role to help shape and deliver strategy to drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Leadership and digital transformation projects within the Customer Service Experience and Business Analyst teams
- Call automation
- Digitalised service contacts (SMS, webchat enhancements, automated surveys, agent dashboards)
- Returns & payment transformation
Skills and Experience:
Key to this role will be your ability to successfully communicate, collaborate, influence and negotiate. A proficient multi-tasker, you will have exceptional organisational and planning skills and be confident in leading projects and delivering results; and previous experience of actively being involved in project work is essential.
Highly analytical with a critical and questioning mind, you will possess the skills to learn new methods and processes quickly and be self-driven. Degree educated in a business subject is desirable but not essential if you have worked and gained commercial awareness and knowledge of the business and its markets.
