Customer Service Advisors will have a key role within the contact centre at Damart and the successful candidate will have ample opportunity for development and exposure across the business.


There are full-time & part-time roles available 7 days a week between 8am – 8pm.

About the Role


We are looking for people with a passion for great customer service to become part of our Multi-Channel Contact Centre team that supports customers across all our brands.

Once you are trained, you will be assisting our customers with taking orders and handling service queries across our telephony, email, webchat and correspondence teams. You will be supported and encouraged each step of the way by your Team Leader who will also help you with ongoing coaching and development.
