About Damart
Damart was established over 60 years ago, famous for its Thermolactyl clothing technology, it is a leading retailer of fashion, footwear, and household products primarily for the 55+ “senior’s” market. Our products are currently marketed and sold through mail order catalogues and online, the proportions of which are changing to reflect the increased focus on the “next generation” customer.
The 3 Leading Business Units which are France, Belgium and the UK work together to ensure as we go forwards, we are more closely aligned on the brand direction and become more consistent in our approach without compromising local requirements.

About the Role
An exciting transformation journey is underway at Damart, and the Project Manager role is an integral role in business change projects, managing a wide range of strategic initiatives transformation activities across different business areas and Group.
As a self-motivator, you will actively shape and deliver strategy and key projects to drive the business forward, within the UK and the wider Damartex Group. You’ll have autonomy from day one and your responsibilities include:
· Managing the entire project lifecycle from start to finish, delivering Change on time, within budget and to the agreed quality criteria, in close conjunction with the business teams.
· Providing and leading in-depth business analysis to drive innovative new ways of working.
· Working effectively with relevant stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, for efficient project implementation.
· Champion project management best practice and tools during the project life cycle.
About you
· Able to demonstrate experience in managing the full project life cycle, effectively managing dependencies, issues, and risks for multiple projects at the same time.
· Resourceful and proactive, with strong, creative problem-solving skills.
· Credible influencing and stakeholder skills across all levels.
· A broad perspective of a business, not just a single function.
· Innovative and inquisitive, with a track record of challenging the status quo and a natural problem solver.
